This is a brand new site, so please bear with me while I fuss with it here and there!

This is a place ONLY for dragon work. Many of us will create things that aren't dragon based. We ask that you refrain from posting that work here, this is a space dedicated to dragon artworks only, meant for the artists, collectors, and dragon lovers to have a spot where ONLY dragon works are shown.

Well, draco itself is the Latin word for dragon.

A bit of history:
I had realized that eBay had a couple of dragon groups, but I didn't see anyone really working to get dragon artwork in general more exposure. It is really hard to find original or OOAK (One of a kind) dragon artwork out there as usually any keyword search pulls up thousands of mass produced items, collectibles, novelty items, art pieces, posters, etc.

But what about the freelancing artist that isn't published or hasn't signed a deal with a distributor and figurine or toy or mass producer of art?

There are collectors (like me) that must constantly be frustrated trying to find original or one of a kind art out there that shows dragons in all their glory.

Sooo I started up the DrACo ebay group. DrACo was the name I came up with for the group and it is an acronym that I created since I thought it was a little cute.

It stands for: Dragon Artists and Collectors.

Then I realized, why just eBay? I bet there is a whole world out there suffering the same angst, but on a global scale!

THIS space is meant to share our art (whether we sell our art or not) and for those that enjoy seeing what we create (whether they collect or just admire from afar) .. to come together and enjoy dragons in all the ways they come into being.

Sooooooooooooooo this community place was born. I hope that explains it a bit and that you too find this a wonderful magical place to call home!

This is a wonderful optical illusion. This little dragon is made out of paper - you simply cut it out and stick it together, and stand it on a table or window ledge. But when you move around, the dragon's head seems to follow you around the room.
